Locally produced food is key to YouthWorks culinary arts training and healthy meal production operations. YouthWorks believes that all children and youth and their families deserve healthy ingredients and meals and we incorporate as much locally produced food into our children/family meals, and social enterprise catering business as possible. YouthWorks workforce skills training programs are branching off to include training in agricultural production, as our mission is to stay aware and active in addressing social and community needs while harnessing the power of youth as solution makers.
