About

We are New Mexico's first and only urban aquaponics farm. Located in a warehouse near Meow Wolf, we raise tilapia fish and use them to nurture our plants in a closed-loop ecosystem. Fish produce ammonia and naturally-occurring bacteria break it down to produce nitrates for the plants. We use 10 percent of the water consumed by a conventional farm, and our 0.13-acre property can produce as much as a 3-acre soil farm. We grow a wide variety of greens (lettuces, bok choy, arugula, etc), culinary herbs (basil, parsley, spinach, etc) and fruiting vegetables (tomatoes, peppers, and cucumbers). We harvest weekly and produce our crops consistently year-round.

Where to Find Our Products

We do not sell directly to the public. Our customers are food hubs, food banks, schools, and restaurants.

Resources We Need

Distribution, farmer networks to enable bulk purchasing of commodity items such as PPE and packaging supplies.
